LemonRoseGolf: 2025 Marketing Proposal v4

Introduction

Jillian and Kristen,

We’re excited about the opportunity to partner with you on launching your new eCommerce website, email marketing, and backend systems for LemonRose. Our goal is to build a mobile-first eCommerce site, establish a consistent email cadence, and streamline backend operations—freeing you to focus on growing the brand.

We’re confident that the offering outlined below represents the most strategic and cost-effective way to launch your growth marketing efforts over the next seven months. Dave and I thrive in this space—it’s where our passion and expertise come together. We’ll focus on the systems, strategy, and execution behind the scenes so you can stay focused on what matters most: engaging customers and building a standout brand.

Needs and Solutions

The following deliverables will be completed from August 1st, 2025 through February 1st, 2026:

  1. Shopify eCommerce Website Build-Out with Search Engine Optimization
  2. Klaviyo Email Marketing
  3. Google Suite: Search Console, Merchant Center, Analytics, Ads, My Business and Workspace set up

Below, we’ve outlined how each key area will be implemented and function during the Setup Phase. We’ve also included a Post-Setup Retainer option to continue our work, handle maintenance, and scale for future improvements—ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Shopify: You, the client, is responsible for purchasing and subscribing to the Shopify Grow package for $79 per month. This is not included in our monthly retainer costs listed below.

Klaviyo: You, the client, is responsible for purchasing and subscribing to the Klaviyo Email + SMS package for $60 per month. This is not included in our monthly retainer costs listed below.

Deliverables

  • Shopify eCommerce Website: We’ll design and build a mobile-first Shopify store tailored to your brand and customer base. This includes homepage design, product/category pages, navigation, a streamlined checkout experience, and Search Engine Optimization setup (meta titles, descriptions, image alt tags). We’ll also integrate your preferred payment processors, shipping settings, and key Shopify apps to enhance functionality.

    • How can this scale as we grow? Shopify is easy to scale—we can add new products, launch seasonal collections, or expand into digital offerings. It also integrates seamlessly with Klaviyo and Facebook Ads, allowing us to manage the full customer journey from first site visit to repeat purchase in one place.

  • Klaviyo Email Marketing: We’ll set up Klaviyo with branded templates and flows for key customer touchpoints, including a welcome series, abandoned cart emails, and post-purchase follow-ups. List segmentation will allow us to send more personalized, higher-converting messages to subscribers based on their behavior and purchase history.

    • How can this scale as we grow? As our lists grow, we can continue layering in campaigns based on customer lifecycle, behavior, and preferences. From seasonal promotions to re-engagement flows, Klaviyo is a great tool because it automates revenue without losing the personal touch.

  • Google Suite: We’ll set up and connect all necessary Google properties: Search Console (for SEO insights), Merchant Center (for product listings), Analytics (for behavior tracking), Ads (for search campaigns), My Business (for local SEO), and Workspace (for internal operations and branded emails). These are the backbone to our backend systems and their efficiency.

    • How can this scale as we grow? With these tools in place, we’ll have a full picture of your marketing performance—from ad spend to site behavior to search rankings. This data allows us to make informed decisions and track ROI as the brand expands into new markets, product lines, or ad platforms.

The Value

  • Scalability: Shopify is a powerful, scalable eCommerce solution built for growing brands. For $79 per month, it provides everything a young apparel company needs to sell online—including a mobile-optimized storefront, secure checkout, inventory tracking, and sales analytics—all in one easy-to-manage platform. As your business grows, Shopify grows with you—supporting new product drops, flash sales, and multi-channel selling without the need for custom development or additional tools. Most importantly, it keeps all of our work and efforts centralized, making collaboration and execution more efficient.

  • Efficiency: Unlike corporate, AI-driven marketing agencies focused on vanity metrics, our priority is building systems that work. We focus on optimizing your marketing backend and strengthening your brand presence—so you spend less time troubleshooting and more time growing. Every improvement we make is aligned with your sales and customer retention goals.

  • Continuity: Throughout the project, we’ll provide ongoing support and optimization across Shopify, Klaviyo, and your Google ecosystem. This ensures everything—from your website to email and eCommerce store—works together seamlessly. By maintaining brand consistency and monitoring traffic, we’ll help you boost visibility and drive customer growth.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide access to any existing marketing assets, platforms, and logins (e.g., Shopify, Instagram, domain registrar, etc.)
  • Supply branded assets, including photos, video content, logos, and graphics for use across the website, email, and social campaigns
  • Share internal data, brand guidelines, customer insights, and any existing research or audience personas
  • Review and approve all key messaging, email templates, ad copy in a timely manner
  • Collaborate on product information, pricing, and promotional calendars to ensure alignment across channels
