I'm excited about the opportunity to work with you on launching your new business for video production within the pharmaceutical industry. My goal is to build your brand a new site that is focused on being mobile-first, fast-loading, a sharp presentation of your services, while establishing a strong series of service pages for what you provide. Following launch, our focus will shift to ongoing SEO execution and optimization.

I'm confident that the offering outlined below represents the most strategic and cost-effective way to launch these efforts over the next twelve months. I’ll focus on the systems, strategy, and execution behind the scenes so you can stay focused on what matters most: engaging with potential customers and building the brand.

Needs and Solutions

The following deliverables will be completed from February 23rd, 2026 through February 23rd, 2027:

  1. Website Design on HubSpot
  2. SEO Strategy and Content Creation
  3. Google Suite Set Up for Search Console, Analytics, My Business

HubSpot: The client is responsible for subscribing to the HubSpot Starter bundle (approximately $20/month). This cost is not included in Wild Rover’s monthly retainer.

Deliverables

  • Web Design on HubSpot's CMS: The most time-intensive task will be building a new website on HubSpot’s CMS. We’ll design a mobile-first website with our core pages: Home, About, Contact, Gallery (YouTube links) and five Service Pages. We will also implement a new lead intake system by creating HubSpot forms that automatically funnel submissions into the contact dashboard, ensuring each lead is logged correctly and followed up with.

  • SEO Strategy and Content Creation: This includes writing and optimizing all website copy, implementing foundational SEO across all pages. Keyword research, on‑page optimization, internal linking, and metadata will be completed to ensure the site launches with a strong SEO baseline.

  • Google Suite: We’ll set up and connect all necessary Google properties: Search Console (for SEO insights), Analytics (for behavior tracking), and My Business (for local SEO). These are the backbone to our backend systems and their efficiency.

  • Includes the full setup and rollout of all three core deliverables: Web Design on HubSpot's CMS, SEO Strategy and Content Creation and Google Suite set up across Search Console, Analytics, and My Business.

  • This is a pedal-to-the-floor rollout designed to establish your brand's digital presence, launch a new website, and align backend systems for long-term scalability and success.

  • Payment for this engagement is accepted exclusively via automated ACH through HubSpot Subscriptions each month . Credit card payments and one‑off invoices are not accepted due to Wild Rover's business insurance and compliance requirements.

  • Efficiency: Unlike corporate, AI-driven marketing agencies focused on hollow engagement metrics, our priority is building systems that directly correlate to revenue. We focus on optimizing your marketing backend and strengthening your brand presence—so you spend less time guessing and more time growing. Every improvement we make is aligned with your sales goals.

  • Continuity: Throughout our work together, I’ll provide ongoing HubSpot maintenance along with regular updates. This ensures seamless integration across your website, CRM and analytics. By maintaining brand consistency and expanding your digital activity, we’ll increase visibility.

 

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide access to any marketing assets, softwares, and logins (e.g., GoDaddy login, Instagram, etc.)

  • Supply branded assets, including photos, video content, logos, and graphics for use across the website and Google accounts

  • Share internal data, brand guidelines, customer insights, and any existing research or past case studies/portfolio work

  • Review and approve all key messaging, copy in a timely manner

  • Collaborate on brand information, pricing, and promotional calendars to ensure alignment across channels

Timeline

Automatic payments are made on the 23rd of each month starting on February 23rd, 2026

January 22nd - February 23rd: Pre-Work – Mike compiles all digital and brand assets for Ryan, while finalizing his five services.

February 23rd - March 13th: Project Kick-Off - Ryan walks Mike through setting up HubSpot, adds Ryan as a User, digital assets are gathered and account set ups begin. Technical setup and site wireframing begins. Google Suite properties are set up and optimized.

March 13th - May11th: Round 1 Design and Review - First website design round and foundational SEO items are shared with Mike.

May 11th - May 23rd: Round 2 Design and Review - Second design round is shared with Mike.

May 23rd - June 1st: Final Round and Launch - Final edits are shared with Mike and the website goes live.

June 1st, 2026 - February 23rd, 2027: SEO - Ongoing weekly SEO and content execution are continued (1x piece of content per week).
