This Privacy Policy describes how Wild Rover LLC (“Wild Rover,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit wildrover.co (the “Site”), contact us, or engage us for services. By using the Site you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, book a call, subscribe to our newsletter, or email us, you provide information such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and anything you choose to write to us.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our servers and analytics tools automatically log information including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, and approximate location (city/region).
Information from clients. If you engage us as a client, we collect additional information needed to perform the Services described in our Agreement and Terms and Conditions, including billing information, access credentials to your platforms (where required), and any business or audience data you share with us.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide the Services you request;
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services;
- Send you transactional emails (invoices, project updates, calendar confirmations) and, where you’ve opted in, marketing emails;
- Understand how visitors use the Site so we can make it more useful;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
Service providers. We share information with vendors who process data on our behalf to operate the Site and deliver Services (see Third-Party Services below). These vendors are contractually required to handle the data appropriately.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our clients or the public.
Business transfers. If Wild Rover is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified before any transfer.
4. Third-Party Services
The Site and our business operations rely on third-party services that may collect or process information. The current list includes:
- HubSpot — CRM, form submissions, email marketing, and tracking pixel
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — site traffic analytics
- Google Search Console — search performance data
- Microsoft Clarity — behavioral analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings

5. Cookies and Tracking

6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. - The right to know what personal information we have about you;
- The right to request a copy of your personal information;

- The right to request deletion of your personal information;
- The right to opt out of marketing communications;
- The right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
